I absolutely love this episode. I saw the wolf secret lair, and thought it was hilarious, but I didn’t realize Dan was the architect. I listened to the old commander sphere back in the day, so I heard the journey of his book. Knowing the background makes this episode, and the secret lair, so much better. All the wolf puns were hilarious. So is “a regular human guy” an actual creature type now? Do my changelings count as that?

@EDHijinks Olivia should add Jeskai's will, goblin bombardment or birgi god of storytelling. Goblin bombardment provide burn and threat removal, Jeskai's will and birgi god of storytelling provide mana and value. Also Olive you can block the cast heroic intervention before you hit damage step for additonal blocker

The whole game saw Dan triggering Tovolar wrong. It's not at beginning of Combat, it's at be Upkeep.

11:20 - Olivia, not at all. Ikoria is one of my top 3 favorite sets and settings (alongside Khans and Core Set 2015). It's really fun, has a lot of interesting cards, and a lot of it gets overshadowed by "oh Lurrus is a problem" when it doesn't deserve that

For the Long Rest card, 8 is significant because you need 8 hours of sleep tk complete your long rest and thus recover your health back to full

I'm building a Voja deck. My self-imposed restriction is to make it as cheap as possible and see if it is still a wreckingball. I made a list that came to just under $15, and that was with Voja costing almost $9 (it's come down a bit since then). But I've been altering the list as I can pick up cards. I couldn't find the cards for it without paying $50 in shipping. Currently the decklist is ~$17, so it's still a success so far.

My first game of commander with a borrowed deck at my lgs casual setting they sat there and took the piss out of me for not know what a filter land is and I still don't know what it is because rather than helping a new player they lost one
